Brian A. Gordon joined the firm which was then named Gordon, McCaney and Gordon in 1987. A native of Lower Merion Pa, Brian attended Cornell University (Bachelors in Labor Relations 1982), The London School of Economics (General Course Student 1980-81) and the University of Wisconsin Law School where he earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1986.
Brian performs estate planning for high net worth individuals and families.
Brian has also represented beneficiaries in trust litigation with claims in excess of one billion dollars.
Brian has served as general counsel to companies with over 600 employees including share holder agreements, buy sell agreements, share purchase agreements, intellectual property agreements, as well as employment and collections matters.
Derek Hardy joined Gordon & Ashworth’s estate planning and administration practice in June 2016. A native of Willingboro, New Jersey Derek earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
Derek was admitted to the bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Derek practices in the areas of estate planning and estate administration including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and medical powers of attorney.
